Our 100% Find It Leak Guarantee is simple, if our Leak Detection Specialist is unable to find the leak or leaks in your swimming pool or spa, then our service is free, as long as you can produce a 24-hour bucket test that confirms the presence of a leak.  Also, if after the leak is fixed, a bucket test shows that there is a secondary leak – you can call us anytime within 6 weeks of the initial inspection and we will return to find any secondary leaks we may have missed at no added charge.

* If you do not provide a 24-hour bucket test prior to the leak detection inspection then you do not qualify for the guarantee. We cannot find a leak in a pool without a leak and therefore we must charge for the full service if that is the case.
